finland was never under communist program because it was kicked out by bolsheviks from Russia in 1917. For Finns this was certainly good news in hind sight.
@drusha1 hmmmm , understand but .... well , i`m not sure if finland ever been under the communist goverment program , we were , and their are the rules what you have to be there for , even the system has been reconfigured but the basic stayed , what had ended , the cold war , so basicly , the goverments are must exchange the documents to avoid , the conflict between thos countrys what was under that rule , or must be out of their interest , becasue they have to live by the system ...

well, the story is that finland has been ceeding territory to Russia ever since Peter the Great demolished Swedish empire. In this particular instance these five guys are yelling about Molotov Ribentrop pakt as well as Karelia which is a patch of land ceeded to Russia during the WWII. They basically demand expansion of living space
